This fund has been established to serve many functions that will benefit others in carrying out the memory of
Jerry Shaw by giving in a way that makes a difference. The goal of the foundation is to: Support Hospice, Create
awareness about ALS and find proactive HEALTH solutions, Scholarship funding and Children in Crisis.
