to Honor the Memory of Jerry Shaw

This fund has been established to serve many functions that will benefit others in carrying out the memory of Jerry Shaw by giving in a way that makes a difference. The goal of the foundation is to:

1. Support Hospice
2. Create awareness about ALS and find proactive HEALTH solutions
3. Scholarship funding
4. Children in Crisis
