The Queen's Court of Recruiting is definitely within your reach when you break the "Bee Focused!" Challenge into manageable steps. You'll want to set your team-building goals now to earn special rewards and recognition during the 2004 – 2005 Seminar year for sharing the Mary Kay opportunity so bee-utifully!

 

Step 1 Challenge: Independent Beauty Consultants and Independent Sales Directors who are on-target with at least 10 qualified* new personal team members from July 1 through Nov. 30, 2004, will be recognized.**

Reward: Beauty Consultants and Sales Directors who add 10 qualified* new personal team members during the contest period will receive a custom silver-toned bee lapel pin. The pin will be sent from the Mary Kay Prize Department. They also will have their names featured in Ovation® online.

Sales Directors will receive a name badge ribbon and standing recognition at Leadership Conference 2005.

Step 2 Challenge: Independent Beauty Consultants and Independent Sales Directors who are on-target with at least 16 qualified* new personal team members from July 1, 2004, through Feb. 28, 2005, will be recognized.**

Reward: Beauty Consultants and Sales Directors who have 16 qualified* new personal team members during the contest period will receive a custom gold-toned bee lapel pin at Career Conference 2005. Those who are unable to attend Career Conference will receive their pin via the Mary Kay Prize Department.

Beauty Consultants and Sales Directors also will receive a name badge ribbon and onstage recognition at Career Conference 2005, and their names will be featured in Ovation® online.

Step 3 Challenge: Independent Beauty Consultants and Independent Sales Directors who add 24 or more qualified* new personal team members from July 1, 2004, through June 30, 2005, will be recognized.†

Reward: Beauty Consultants and Sales Directors will be recognized onstage in the Queen’s Court of Recruiting at Seminar 2005 and will receive the beautiful diamond bee pin with emerald eyes.


* A qualified new personal team member is one whose Independent Beauty Consultant Agreement and minimum of $600 in wholesale Section 1 orders are received and accepted by the Company during the contest period.

** The same rules for the maximum number of new team members in a month as for the Queen's Court of Recruiting apply.

† A maximum of 13 new actual team members in any calendar month may count toward the 24 required. A new team member who becomes qualified will count toward the monthly maximum of 13 in the month her signed Independent Beauty Consultant Agreement is received and accepted by the Company, not the month she becomes qualified.
