     This is YOUR Year! Hawaii! Incredible! You must go after it with all you have FROM the start! Identify what worked, what did NOT work, where you were strong, where you let yourself settle, where your good habits served you, where you need and want to replace old habits...but make the changes FAST by DECIDING! Every Victory begins with a thought, then DECISION!

  • GROWTH HURTS

  • CHANGE takes TIME, so begin today so that you have the 12 months of this year to GRAB your victory!

  • Growth and CHANGE are sooooo worthwhile!

Have you?:

  • Written in your DESIGN book your Mission and Goals?

  • Set up your new DIRECTOR Focus Folder? Implemented working w/ the Consultant Focus Folders more efficiently?

  • Embraced a SCC procedure that includes TRAVEL ROLL UPS and expectations for moving them?

  • Incorporated GENX with YOUR unit Promotions?

  • Cast your 2004 SEMINAR vision and goal set w/ your workers for THEIR wins.

  • Set specific goals for each critical AREA that includes GROWTH! (personal recruiting, unit recruiting)

 

Achievers:

  • Begin with the END in mind. Know the goal.

  • Share [Shout] the goal to others!

  • Know what the WINS are that make the difference!

  • Know the RULES/Deadlines/ Details!  Month ends on...Last day to call in, fed ex, phone order, order on line, do an agreement, drive to the branch, Star Deadline...Court of recruiting, Court of Sales, retail/ wholesale/ Qualifications, credit card limits ....etc!!!

  • Calculate the numbers. Strategize the WIN (Beat BEST sheets)

  • Work even when they DON'T feel like it.

  • Master their weakness while running w/ STRENGTHS!

  • Work to the LAST minute without Waiting to the last minute.

  • Cast the VISION repeatedly!

  • Cast the ACTIVITY requirements repeatedly!

  • Create FUN in the process of educating!

  • Inspire in GROUPS- move people One on One.

  • Encourage their people.

  • Celebrate at Bench Marks!

  • Find a place for EVERY level of worker to participate!

  • Throw a GREAT weekly Success Meeting that people won't miss!

  • Master all the SKILLs of the business!

  • Transfer the SKILLS of this business!

  • Sell and Recruit, and Book for consultants at events!

  • Mentor Consultants who Sell, Book, Coach and Recruit.

  • Mentor STAR Consultants.

  • Mentor PROFIT Consultants.

  • Mentor Positive Consultants.

  • Master Orientation and bring in STARS who do debuts and P.Starts!

  • Cast and create ABUNDANT thoughts.

  • Reward ABUNDANT activity and results.

  • Set the Expectancy--low or HIGH!

  • Expect Excellence from their people-- from promptness to meeting deadlines from attitude to dress to professionalism to abundance...excellence!

  • Take responsibility.

     I am so proud of each of you and as I look forward [2004], I see many Million $ Units, Many of you Choosing to be in HAWAII, many $500k + Unit Clubs and a SEA of Cadillacs! I truly know that YOUR Best is yet to come!

     I am asking EVERY Shaw Director for weekly and monthly BB accountability. Thank you for knowing that I place a high value on receiving these. I know that TOGETHER, we can make YOUR win YOUR reality! Operation INCREASE! YOUR INCREASE! Do you have the courage to set a BIG goal? Do you have the courage to be a winner? I believe you do, and if you don't, then rely on MY belief in you until your belief and courage increase along the journey!
