Your January results Newsletter went in the mail today!! It is fun, and there are so many successes! It will be posted soon, and I will make you aware. Jerry also has the New BONUS chart updated in his version we use. It is posted on the site, and I'll send it to you via attachment.
In my voice com messages today, I
made an educational message on the VALUE of your personal
recruiter's 13% commission check! I want to outline this
for you in writing! I want to remind you that you MUST
acknowledge WHAT is not working in your business! When you 'let
yourself off the hook' of not doing $5000 as a BASEMENT (that is
the first bonus level) so you leave $500 on the table EVERY time
you miss that-- and when you miss your personal recruiting 13%
check (on $5000 personal team, that is $650...so together with the
first bonus, you left $1150 on the table).
EVEN though there are
so many GREAT things happening, YOUR bottom line could be SO much
more exciting to YOU! SO, we HAVE to address LEADING BY EXAMPLE!!!
Girls!!! Come on and work with me here! I can't coach you on the
really 'good stuff' until we get some VERY foundational habits in
consistent place. Here are the unspoken rules for Successful
Directorship.
1. Embrace the
Company OT/DIQ requirements you have
followed during your initial qualifications, and carry them into
Directorship. YOU
now must hold yourself to the REQUIREMENTS. The Company assumes
that once you have walked through a SUCCESSFUL goal-setting
process/qualification, that you were able to dissect
WHAT it was that worked by HAVING specific requirements in your
qualification. If you did not, let me remind you of
the components that allowed you to achieve and be promoted.
Because they are no longer
REQUIRED for you to 'just be a director', your understanding of
WHAT components drive a promotion, your personal integrity,
discipline, Vision and leadership wisdom NOW determine
your promotion.
2. NEVER Miss your 13%
check!! Never!
3. NEVER miss $5000
production. Some directors may be very part time, have
little babies, other interests, or a variety of other situations.
I recognize that NOT every director is willing to grow to become a
CADILLAC Director or Top Trip Director. BUT I cannot endorse
missing $5000. It reflects carelessness.
You may not be able to go back
and plug this into your existing unit, but you can TRACK it and
be ON PURPOSE with the new recruits coming into your unit from
this point forward!!!
Look at this...
1. IF you kept your Unit
production at min. $10,000 monthly
2. Added 3 qualified Unit
Members monthly
3. Earned your 13% personal
recruiter Check monthly
Look at the BONUS money you
would be BRINGING BACK INTO YOUR HOUSE!
1. $1000 X 12 = $12,000 Unit
Volume BONUS money
2. $6000 yearly Unit
Recruiting BONUS MONEY
3. @$12,000= 13% consultant
money that you are NOT taking!
THIS IS $30,000 IN
BONUS and 13% Recruiter Check MONEY PLUS Director CAR that you
are NOT CLAIMING! It doesn't
even take into account your 13% DIRECTOR commission check!!
There is NOTHING wrong
with you in the way you think there is something wrong
with you. YOU think that you are missing something that the
others have...some talent, some charisma, some connection, a
different Senior, something...ALL you are missing is a
correct daily focus for your
Income
Producing
Activities!!!

for WHERE THE MONEY IS, YOU
WOULD BE SOARING!
